Every Thursday 3:30pm-4:30pm The Education Club is a space for students to come together to learn more about child development, parenting, teaching, and working with youth. We also support each other, while we navigate life as college students. We are a close-knit community that comes together on a weekly basis for conversation. We are committed to planning community service events each semester to advocate for out community, important topics in education, local schools, and more. Students launching their college careers at Kingsborough often grapple with questions about their future. What paths are open to someone pursuing a liberal arts degree? What comes next? How do their current classes pave the way for future educational and career success? Join us for a virtual panel where KCC alumni will share experiences that offer insights into these questions. Attendees will have a chance to learn from former Kingsborough students who have pursued diverse educational and career paths, transferring to both private and public institutions and landing jobs in areas such as data analytics, toy design, and advertising.
Join the Career Development Center team to learn how to create a professional and impressionable resume to increase your marketability. The session will take place on Zoom.
